First of all, this is the first blog post, and I intend it to explain the concept of the challenge, what it entails and also how it could help anyone else.
The 90 day challenge is to get fit and healthy, without dieting, it's improving my lifestyle, and my body. Everyone has an aim in the challenge, but mine is to use this to overcome an eating disorder which has ruled my life for the past couple of years, and now it has reached it's peak, so I'm fighting it and hopefully when I'm healthy and skinny (as much as I can be while being healthy) then I can overcome it.
Everyday will be a roundup of the day, my picture as of that day and what I ate, etc, to help you guys reach your goals, too. As the picture above shows, it consists of eating clean/right, exercising well and staying positive, too. So all aspects of your body can be healthy.
The idea is, to show you how I lost weight, how I keep it off and hopefully, you will take homage of these ideas and use this to improve yourselves, without changing who you are, just making you, a better, improved mind, body and soul. <3
